Eating at Burger King

I have had some bad experiences eating at other Burger Kings that are outside of Traverse City. I have also had many of my customers come in and tell me about there bad experiences eating at other Burger Kings. I would still eat at them because of the fact that people that work there do make mistakes. It would also depend on the cleanliness of the store as well. If I had a bad experience at one I would probably not go back to it.

I have had people come up to me and tell me that the resteraunt I work at is the best Burger King in town. They have told me that they have gone to other ones out of town and the food they recieved was so hard that they couldn't bite into it, and when they took it back they would not replace their food. We would never do that at my resturant. I have a theory of my own that I have picked up over time while working there. If it is something that you personally would not eat by the looks of it or the feel of it do not serve it to others so they could eat it.

Customers have told me that they will only eat at the Burger Kings in Traverse City because of how clean our resturaunts are compared to other resturaunts they have gone to before. Another thing is the customer service. Other Burger Kings have really rude people which is a cause for people to not eat there.

It personally doesn't really bother me to eat at other stores but I would prefer the ones that I am used to going to eat at.

  1. Hey Nikki,
I recentlly had a bad experience at the Chums Corners B.K. They screwed up Ali's happy meal, and she wasn't happy. We were already five miles down the road when we found this out. Altough, if we are going to dine it at B.K. we have to go to the Chums Corners one. They have a indoor playground. I have eaten at Burger King all over the United States, and you guys do serve some of the better Whoppers. So I leave you with this (WERE IS THE BEEF.)

  2. I don't eat much fast food when I do, it's pretty good most places I've had some bad experiences but who hasn't.. I only hate the restaurant employee's that refuse too say their wrong when you can present a reseat to them, Burger King does have a great chicken sandwich might I add.

  3. I've never really had a bad meal (if you can call fast food a GOOD meal) at a fast food restaurant. I've had plenty of bad service, though. I think the key to success in business (maybe anything) is how the people in that business deal with customers. People with good people skills really do get farther in life. Even if the meal is terrible, a customer will be happy, I would think, as long as he or she feels that he was treated well in dealing with that bad meal. If the employee apologizes, smiles, and takes care of the problem speedily and politely, then everyone comes out happy.

I'm sure you're like that, Nikki. It will serve you well in your working life! :-)

  5. I ate at the burger king in North Dartmouth MASSACHUSETTS. It was absolutely terrible. Now the problem is not only the food but the prices. Anyone in my area is better going to a local restaurant and paying just alittle more for good fresh food, then going to Burger King. It use to be ok, because the price point. That's not the case anymore.
